Dr. Iftikhar Ahmed Charan is an Associate Professor specializing in public administration and social sciences, affiliated with the School of Public Administration at Shandong Technology and Business University in China. His research focuses on governance, public policy, prosocial behavior, philanthropy, and social development, with an emphasis on contemporary administrative challenges. Dr. Charan holds a PhD in Anthropology from Anhui University, China (2024). He has published several SSCI and SCI articles that explore a wide range of topics, including religion, mental health, psychiatry, psychology, gender studies, and climate anxiety. His interdisciplinary research highlights the connections between social systems, psychological well-being, and societal issues in the context of modern global challenges. Born on June 13, 1989, Dr. Charan continues to make significant contributions to the fields of social science, emphasizing the integration of cultural, psychological, and social perspectives in addressing global issues.
